JOIN THE FOG TEAM

We team up with other Organisations, Airfields and Charities using our member’s aeronautical skills and knowledge to bring about life changing opportunities.

Flying club members from across the South of England fly in to help Pete White and the FOG team but they always need more help, whether it be taking their guests flying or on the ground helping with the extra functions at the club that these busy days bring, you will be most welcome.   If you are enthusiastic and can spare a couple of days each year to give the youth or youthful a taste of flying, see their smiles and enjoy the sunshine – you will enjoy it too and you will most likely come back year after year to help.

To fly our guests, on top of the normal currency requirements, FOG do require a higher level of experience – details available from Pete White – but even if you are new to flying, there is still so much to do on these days.

The Scout camps provide a very busy Saturday – when six presentations are given to four teams on all aspects of aviation before they individually head off to earn their “Air Navigation” badges as they navigate their pilot over the delightful Cornwall scenery.

FOG Events are held at Bodmin Airfield throughout the year.

Check the Events link for this year’s program.
