A fascinating story by Geoff Pridmore relating the story of the very well known display pilot Robin Bowes, once a member of Cornwall Flying Club. Amongst his flying adventures Robin flew the Boeing Stearman with the Cadbury/Utterly Butterly team, a Pitts Special for TSW but he is best known for the display flying in his red Fokker DR1 Triplane. At the time Robin had amassed more Fokker DR1 hours than 1st World War pilots in similar machines.
